1. Shipping Coverage & Fees
We currently offer free shipping to the following regions:Australia (AU)、European Union (EU)、Japan (JP)、United States (US)、Canada (CA)、United Kingdom (UK)
Customers from other countries or regions are required to contact us at presale.au@sylvoxtv.com to confirm shipping fees before placing an order.
2. Warehousing & Order Processing
We operate overseas warehouses in Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and the size of the product purchased.
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation.
Depending on the TV size, orders are shipped via express courier or truck delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Important: Orders placed on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
3. Delivery Timeframes – Australia
Estimated delivery times within Australia are as follows:
Western Australia (WA): 7–10 business days
South Australia (SA): 3–5 business days
Northern Territory (NT): 5–7 business days
Victoria / New South Wales / Queensland (VIC / NSW / QLD): 3–5 business days
4. Australia Delivery Restrictions
Orders placed on sylvoxtv.com.au can only be delivered to addresses within Australia, unless otherwise stated.
5. New Zealand Shipping
For New Zealand (NZ) customers, shipping arrangements depend on product size:
Products under 32 inches: Eligible for free shipping from our Australia warehouse.
Products 32 inches and above: Due to strict size limitations imposed by New Zealand logistics providers, these products cannot be shipped from Australia.
If delivery is required, customers may contact us to arrange direct air shipment from our factory. Partial shipping fees will apply, subject to confirmation. For New Zealand shipping inquiries, please contact presale.au@sylvoxtv.com before placing an order.
6. International Shipping
Customers from countries or regions outside Australia and New Zealand should contact presale.au@sylvoxtv.com in advance to confirm shipping fees and delivery arrangements.
