(I) Warranty Period
- Sylvox provides a 24-month limited warranty for standard products (selected products enjoy a 5-year limited warranty), covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Warranty duration by product category:
Standard products: 2 year
Commercial displays: 3 years
Cinema Pro 110'': 5 years
(II) Applicable Purchase Channels
- This warranty policy applies only to products purchased through the official Sylvox website (www.sylvoxtv.com.au) or the authorized dealers listed below.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered under this warranty.
(III) Warranty Coverage
- During the warranty period, Sylvox will provide free repair or replacement for failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship, provided the product is used normally and in accordance with the user manual. Covered issues include:(1) Display abnormalities (such as dead pixels or uneven brightness).(2) Failures of core components, including the motherboard, power module, and speakers.(3) Cracks in the housing or sealing issues (excluding damage caused by misuse or human factors).
- If the product cannot be repaired, Sylvox will provide a replacement television, subject to return of the original unit.
- Replacement products will be the same size and model, with fully functional performance.
(IV) Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Shipping costs, transportation damage, or damage caused during unpacking and/or removal of protective packaging materials.
- Repairs required due to improper, incorrect, or insufficient AC power voltage.
- Any equipment that has been improperly installed; modified, tampered with, adjusted, repaired, or damaged by anyone other than Sylvox or its authorized representatives; or damaged due to power surges, improper voltage supply, inadequate signal reception, or integration with other products.
- Any failure, loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper operation, maintenance, storage, modification, or failure to follow normal operating procedures as outlined in the user manual.
- Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of nature.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or owned by anyone other than the original end user.
- Products with original factory serial numbers that have been removed, defaced, altered, or tampered with in any way.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by federal or state law.
- Cosmetic damage, surface blemishes, or appearance damage caused by normal wear and tear or exposure to external chemicals.
(V) Warranty Service Process
- Customers must contact customer service via email at service.au@sylvoxtv.com, providing the order number and a detailed description of the issue.(1) Valid proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or invoice).(2) The product must have been purchased through the Sylvox official website (www.sylvoxtv.com.au) or an authorized sales channel.(3) The product must have been installed and used in accordance with the user manual.
- After review and approval, Sylvox will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label and return address. Customers must return the product within 30 days.
(VI) Other Terms
- Out-of-Warranty Service: Paid repair services are available after the warranty period expires. Fees will be quoted based on inspection results.
- Legal Rights: This policy does not affect any additional rights you may have under applicable local laws.
