1. Definitions

"We" / "Our": Refers to Sylvox, LLC and its authorized service providers operating in the AU.

"Product": Refers to the full range of Sylvox outdoor TV products (e.g., Partial Sun Series, Full Sun Series, RV TVs, Kitchen TVs, Commercial Displays, etc.) purchased through sylvoxtv.com or authorized AU channels, with the specific model subject to the order.

"Failure": Refers to mechanical or electronic functional abnormalities of the Product due to material defects, workmanship issues, normal wear and tear, extreme temperatures (-30°C to 50°C), salt spray corrosion, etc.

"Replacement Product": Refers to new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent products, meeting original factory specifications. It may have a lower selling price than the original product due to technological advancements.
2. Plan Term

Effective Date: Coverage begins the day after the expiration of the manufacturer's original warranty period, as stated on the order confirmation page.

Duration: The Plan remains in effect for the full term of the coverage unless cancelled or fulfilled.

Term Extension:

If the product is under repair when the Plan expires, the term will be extended until the repair is completed.

3. What is Covered?
3.1 Mechanical and Electronic Failures

Includes screen malfunction, circuit failure, abnormal sound, etc., caused by material defects, workmanship issues, normal wear and tear, extreme temperature changes (-30°C to 50°C), dust, humidity, salt spray corrosion.

Examples: Mainboard damage due to water penetration under IP55 waterproof rating; abnormal screen display caused by high temperature exposure.
3.2 Free Repair and Replacement

Free repair or replacement of faulty parts, including display screens, power modules, speakers, connecting cables, etc., using original or equivalent performance parts.

If repair is not possible, a replacement product of the same model or functional equivalent will be provided, ensuring core parameters (e.g., 4K resolution, brightness) are maintained.
3.3 Service Fulfillment

If a valid claim is submitted for a covered failure, Sylvox will either:

Repair the defect using new or previously used genuine Sylvox parts that meet functional requirements, or
-
Exchange the Covered Product with a replacement product that is new or comprised of new and/or previously used genuine Sylvox parts.

If repair or replacement is not possible, Sylvox will reimburse via store credit, gift card, or cash equal to the greater of the current retail price or the original purchase price. The original product becomes Sylvox property.

Replacement products maintain coverage for the remainder of the Plan Term.
4. What is Not Covered?
The Plan does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized modification (e.g., disassembling waterproof seals).

Damage from natural disasters, war, or third-party infringement.

Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality.

Regular replacement of consumable parts (batteries, remotes, etc.).

Accidental damage during transportation.

Problems caused by improper installation.
-
Loss or theft.
-
Commercial use outside personal/private purposes.

Unauthorized service or repair outside the AU unless approved by Sylvox.

Software/data loss, data recovery, or reinstallation of software.

Any damage resulting from opening, servicing, or altering the product by unauthorized parties.

Pre-existing conditions prior to the purchase of the product.
5. Service Process and Rights

6. Fees and Refunds

7. Sylvox’s Cancellation Rights
Sylvox may cancel coverage if:

Service parts are unavailable (with 60 days’ prior notice).
Upon cancellation due to unavailability of parts, a pro-rata refund for the unexpired term will be issued.
8. General Terms

If the same fault requires a 4th repair after 3 previous repairs, Sylvox will replace the product free of charge or refund the original purchase price (excluding tax).
9. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Customer service negotiation within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be settled under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) in Sydney, Australia.

Warranty Policy:
(1) When returning an item, please note the following:
1. Only items purchased directly from sylvoxtv.com.au and authorized resellers can be returned, such as Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, Wayfair, Aliexpress, etc.
2. We will not accept any return requests for products purchased from unauthorized third-party suppliers.
3. Customer must contact the sylvox team with your order ID or purchase proof and the detail of the product issue at service.au@sylvoxtv.com to request a return/refund/repair/replace before returning products. Sylvox will provide you with the shipping label, RMA from, and return address in the mail.
4. Sylvox are responsible for all return shipping costs for quality problem.
5. Ensure that the item(s) you are returning is repackaged in the original condition with all the documentation and accessories that came with it.
6. If the returned product is not in original packaging: artificial damage causes to affect the second sale, such as its appearance being damaged, the lack of accessories, etc., we will deduct the corresponding expenses according to the situation.
8. We will handle your request (sending you a replacement or refund)once getting your returning item.
(2) How to return a product for a refund? (30 days no reason /money-back guarantee)
30-Day "no questions asked” policy for equipment returned undamaged and in original shipping cartons. Customers must contact the Sylvox team at service.au@sylvoxtv.com to submit an after-sales application, we will provide you with the shipping label, RMA form, and return address (24/32 Raymond Ave, Matraville 2036 NSW) in the mail. Please include your original order number or order proof in the email and ensure that the item is returned within 30 days. No refunds will be issued until the item is received in its original packaging (with its documentation and accessories). Sylvox is responsible for all return shipping costs for quality problems. If the returned unit is installed and used, Sylvox shall have the right to charge restocking fees of 20% of the product value, and the return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products returned after 30 days of purchase due to manufacturer defects are subject to evaluation and repair under our one-year Limited warranty. If in the event a television fails under the terms noted in the Return Policy, Sylvox will deliver a replacement television if an onsite repair is not recommended or possible at the sole discretion of Sylvox. The customer must contact the Sylvox team at service.au@sylvoxtv.com to require a new replacement, Sylvox will provide you with the return shipping label and RMA in the mail, and the customer is obligated to return the original television within thirty (30) days and Sylvox will send you a new replacement via UPS or FedEx once we get your original television.
(3) Refunds
Once we receive and verify the condition of your product, a refund is initiated. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
For credit or debit cards, refunds will be back to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
(4) What does the warranty not cover?
(a). The wrong way of use and improper repair by the user caused the failure or damage.
(b). Failure or damage caused by transportation, moving and falling after purchase.
(c). Other unavoidable external factors cause failure and damage.
(d). Improper use of the equipment caused by water or other solution of damage.
(e). Failure caused by a lightning strike or other electric system reasons
(f). Damage caused by using power supply other than specified voltage.
Warranty Period:
*Sylvox repairs the TV free of charge under the condition of the normal use of the instruction manual within 12 months.
*Sylvox warrants that this product conforms to the manufacturer's specifications and will be free of defects in material and workmanship should any defect occur.
*Sylvox will correct the defect subject to the following conditions:
(a) Any defects caused or repairs required as a result of the abusive operation, negligence, accident, shipment damages, improper delivery and installation, application, and use for which this product was not intended as set forth in the user’s manual or other applicable Product documentation.
(b) Any defects caused or repairs required as a result of any product that has been tampered with, modified, adjusted, or repaired by any person other than Sylvox, a Sylvox authorized service provider or a Sylvox authorized service center or dealer.
(c) Any replacement of accessories, glassware, consumable or peripheral items required through normal use of the Product, including but not limited to, earphones, remote controls, batteries, etc.
(d) Any cosmetic damage to the Product surface or exterior, including but not limited to that which has been defaced or caused through normal wear and tear, improper shipping and handling, or the use of chemical cleaning agents.
(e) Any defects caused or repairs required as a result of damage caused by any external or environmental conditions, including but not limited to, the use of incorrect voltage, fluctuations or surges in transmission line/power line voltage, liquid spillage, or acts of nature or God.
(f) Warranty claims for Products returned with the altered, illegible, or missing model, factory serial number, and UL markings.
(g) Any installation, consumer instruction, delivery, setup, adjustment, and/or programming charges.
(h) A Product that is not installed following installation instructions is included with the Product.
(i) Any signal reception problems (including antenna-related problems), images “burnt” into the screen, signal noise or echo, interference or other signal transmission or delivery problems, availability of third-party provided services or content (including, without limitation, image, audio or video content).
No other entity other than Sylvox is authorized to extend, enlarge or transfer this warranty on behalf of Sylvox.
The express warranties in this limited warranty are, in lieu of and, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Sylvox disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, whether arising by law, statute, by course of dealing, or usage of trade, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of all claims, whether based in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

We currently provide free shipping to the AU/EU/JP/US/CA/UK. Customers from other countries need to contact us via presale.au@sylvoxtv.com to confirm the shipping fee.
We have overseas warehouses in Australia respectively, depending on your address and the size of the product purchased, the logistics delivery time will vary.
Normally, we will send the goods out within 48 hours once you confirm your order, your order will be shipped out via Express delivery or truck, depending on the TV size. After we ship out your order you will receive the update email that includes the tracking number, Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday are processed on the following Monday.
For the AU Region
All product sizes equal to or less than 55 inches, in the AU region will arrive within 2-5 business days. For products larger than 55 inches, will arrive within 5-6 business days.
